You must follow the instructor's directions throughout the activity.

Participation is subject to weather and safety conditions.

In the event of adverse weather, Adventure in Floripa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour for the safety of all participants, with no penalty to the client.

Our cancellation policy allows for rescheduling or a full refund only with a minimum of 24 hours' notice from the client before the tour.

🛑 Legal Disclaimer
The activities offered by Adventure in Floripa are led by a qualified professional with a degree in Physical Education and a sailor certification.
All participants are covered by personal accident insurance during the activities, ensuring greater safety and peace of mind.
Even with all precautions, outdoor and water-based activities involve inherent risks. Participation is voluntary, and each person is responsible for informing us in advance of any health condition that could affect their ability to participate.
We are not responsible for personal belongings or electronic devices that are damaged, wet, or lost during the activities. We recommend that participants avoid bringing valuables and/or electronic equipment. If you choose to bring such items, we suggest using waterproof bags, safety lanyards, and exercising extra caution with water-sensitive items.
We also recommend using sunscreen, insect repellent, staying hydrated, and wearing appropriate clothing for the natural environment and physical activity.
SAFETY: The consumption of alcoholic beverages or narcotic substances before and during the activity is strictly prohibited.
🛶 Equipment Use
During your experience with Adventure in Floripa, each participant assumes full responsibility for the proper use of all provided equipment, such as kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, life vests, paddles, flashlights, hiking poles, and other accessories. The use of these items is exclusive to the experience, and you are responsible for returning them in good condition. In the event of damage, loss, or misuse, the participant may be held responsible for repairs or replacement, as determined by the instructor on-site.
📸 Photos and Videos
Photos and videos taken during the tours may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless you inform us otherwise. If you do not wish to have your image used, simply let us know in advance.
📜 Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. The personal data we collect via forms or messages (such as name, phone number, and email) is used solely for the purpose of contact, scheduling, and sending information about Adventure in Floripa's services.
